Depending on disabled people to enforce the Equality Act

There is no enforcement and the reasonable adjustment is used when it’s not reasonable. The equality act & EHRC depend on disabled people to enforce in law…..even more ‘ unreasonable’. Let’s hope the new Building Safety Regulator does it for accessibility?? Won’t hold my breath!
